Property information

1 Dolphin Court is situated within the Harbour in the centre of Brixham with Sea Views from the Lounge and Dining Area, you can see the town and the sea/breakwater from the lounge/dining room window, a popular location within the apartment. What also makes Dolphin Court an amazing location is that there is free onsite parking right outside your door which is incredibly rare in Brixham. The apartment is on the ground floor making accessibility excellent. Please note we do not allow charging of electric vehicles. Deposit taken will not be returned for anybody found charging their vehicle. The entire property has undergone a full refurb in January 2021 and additional works carried out in January 2023, central heating has been installed, new boiler system, freshly decorated, new floorings throughout, new sofas and furniture. A new ensuite has been added to one of the double bedrooms. The toilet is on a macerator system and will block instantly if anything other than tissue paper is flushed. This will also block and fill the shower immediately. A specialist plumber will need to be called and the cost of this repair will be charged to the guest and the damage deposit will not be returned. There will be no issues with the toilet if the instructions of only toilet paper being flushed is adhered to.
