Recently refurbished to a high standard, guests will enjoy a comfortable stay at this centrally located apartment in the historic village of Ballater. If outdoor acitivies are your thing, golf, tennis, hill walking and cycling facilites are all a few steps away; also a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Our ground floor accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area affording a relaxing, peaceful break. The property consists of hallway, lounge/kitchen on open plan; shower room and double bedroom. A sofa bed within the lounge affords additional accommodation; use of the sofa bed must be advised at the time of booking allowing fresh linens to be made available - additional linen surcharge will apply when both beds used. Standard rates are for up to TWO guests, additional charges for THREE to FOUR people will apply. A minimum 2 night stay applies.
Paul and Laura; we both have a great passion for the tranquil village of Ballater, set within Royal Deeside and are delighted to be able to offer guests a comfortable stay in our property.
