This modern, Mid Terrace 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom house, spread over 3 floors, is the perfect property for an array of visitor types, from business trips to family getaways, this house fits the bill. Some of this properties best features include Sea views from the upper bedroom, an open plan living/dining area and an enclosed courtyard. We are just across the road from the beach, there are also golf courses nearby and it's only 4 miles to Swansea City Centre and University. First Floor: Bedroom 1 – King Size Bed Bedroom 2 – Double Bed Bedroom 3 – 2 Single Beds Second Floor: Bedroom 4 - 2 Single Beds Parking – Permit bays to the front and space for 2 cars first come first served (Non-Permit) Parking accessed via Woodman pub (Turn left before going through outlined area) – Can enter/exit property via rear garden gate.
