Bridge Street is Crickhowell's oldest lane and home to its most charming properties. The cottage is very close to the centre of town and it's easy to go hiking right from the front door. There are numerous places to get fantastic food and drink within a very short walk. It has a lovely wood burner for a roaring fire and ample storage for a long holiday.
I live in Crickhowell with my wife. I'm a paragliding instructor and keen fly fisherman.
Crickhowell is in a great location, nestled at the foot of the Black Mountains in the Brecon Beacons National Park. The town is heaven for hikers, bikers, foodies and fans of local produce with festivals at various times of year and stunning views wherever you go.
