Nicely appointed 1st floor apartment with lounge ,bedroom,dining room,kitchen,separate bath/shower room and separate W.C .Private entrance with ground floor large porch area. Located in seclude road very close to town including large retail park also a few minutes from Train station and Bus depot . Beach is about 15 mins walking distance and easy to get too. The property is surrounded by trees so gives the impression of being in the country side. "PLEASE NOTE" due to this sites policies a Key security/damage deposit cannot be set as I want it, on booking I will contact you with details, different length of stays require slightly different amounts but not excessive. The property will be smoker friendly with the restriction that only the ground floor porch area is used and door to apartment closed, 2 stools and a table are provided in this area. Right by the beach there is a leisure centre providing swimming pool and gym. NEW INFORMATION... We have improved our TV entertainment by adding NOW TV Entertainment Channel "Cinema and Sports" packages are available at cost to Guest please pre-book if required. Also there is now a TV in the bedroom which provides access to NOWTV only
