Offering a modernised 2 bedroom Art Deco, ground floor flat. The flat is light and spacious offering comfortable accommodation for up to four people. The flat is set in beautiful private grounds in an original Art Deco building. Free parking on site.
I have properties in Southwest London the 1st is a coach house which was first build in 1860 and lovingly restored in 2013. The flat I rent is in the basement with its own private access. The 2nd is a beautiful ground floor 2 bed flat in an Art Deco block. I also have lodges in the New Forest & the Coteswalds. The flat is very private and I often never see guests after check-in but I am more than happy to offer advice on the local area.
Hampton Wick has a village feel to the neighbourhood, set with in the Royal Borough of Richmond. There are lots of local amenities and can walk across the Thames into Kingston town centre in 5 mins. There are plenty of beautiful views and walks locally. The flat is 3 mins walk to Hampton Wick train station, which will take you straight into London in 25mins. There are good local transport links including a bus directly from Heathrow.
