No dogs allowed - 2 bedrooms - 1 king-size and 1 twin zip-and-link (can be made into a king-size on request) - 1 bathroom with a freestanding slipper bath, separate shower and WC - Electric hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer - Cot and highchair available - Smart TV in the lounge - Smart TVs in both bedrooms - Underfloor heating - Enclosed garden with patio, seating and charcoal BBQ - Private parking for 2 cars - Beach 7 miles, 2 pubs under 2 miles and shop 2 miles - There are fishing rights so guests are welcome to fish from the riverbank which runs along the bottom (but not within the enclosed garden). - Guided llama walks are available to book during your stay. Not suitable for children under 8 years of age, however they are able to meet the llamas and goats. Children over 8 years must be accompanied by an adult (adults with infant carriers are also allowed). These walks can be booked directly with the owner of the property at a special rate
