No dogs allowed - Sleeps 4 + 3 using the sofa bed in the lounge and additional camp bed - 2 bedrooms – 1 double, 1 twin - Twin bedroom can be made up as a triple bedroom with a camp bed at no additional cost (please request at the time of booking) - 2 bathrooms – 1 en-suite with shower and WC, 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC - Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washer/dryer - Wood burner – starter pack of fuel provided - TV in lounge - Wi-Fi included - Off road parking - 3.5 miles from shops, pub, restaurant - Please be aware that the road up to the cottage is a farm track that is tarred and can be rough in places. However the road is suitable for normal cars, no 4x4 required - Can be booked with The Byre - Edzell (CA335) which sleeps 2 for additional occupancy
