• 2 bedrooms – 1 double and 1 twin • Dressing room • 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with shower and WC and 1 separate WC • Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher • Utility room with washing machine • Smart TV in the lounge • Feature wood burner (may be available by prior arrangement with the owner) • Enclosed garden and patio area with seating • Guests can drop off their luggage from the restaurant car park which is next door,  there is on road parking opposite the property, which is on a first come first serve basis, but guests should not have a problem finding a parking space • Shop and pub within walking distance • Please note- no hair dryer provided • Short breaks may be accepted by prior arrangement with the owner.
