Our spacious 2 double bedroom ground floor flat is located centrally within the village of Haddenham in Bucks. It has good natural light and a homely, comfortable feel. With easy access to Haddenham & Thame Parkway station, local industry, shops, parks, cafes and 2 good pubs, it is a great spot for visiting Haddenham for business or pleasure! We (Barnaby & Robyn) live in the same development so are on hand for check-ins, queries, advice on the area or anything else that you may need help with.
We (your hosts!) live in a house 30 seconds from the flat so are on hand to help and provide guidance throughout your stay and can also be available on the phone.
Haddenham is a picturesque Buckinghamshire village with many young families and a warm village feel. Locals are friendly and welcoming. The flat is situated in a small private development of around 10 flats and 15 houses with a pond in the middle. It is also a short walk to most parts of the village. Getting around: - 4 minute walk to Haddenham & Thame Parkway (mainline to London, Oxford & Birmingham) - 3 minute walk to local Co-Op, playing fields & park - 5 minute walk to Haddenham Business Park - 7 minute walk to Kings Head pub (our local) Rising Sun pub, Norsk cafe (great coffee, breakfast & lunch), House of Spice Indian restaurant & good local bakery - 7 minute walk to Snakemoor Nature Reserve & public footpaths, ideal for a stroll or run - 30 minute scenic walk to market town of Thame (5 min drive) across the fields - 30 minute scenic walk to Dinton, a quintessential Buckinghamshire village with a lovely pub named The Seven Stars - 5 -7 minute drive to Thame, Long Crendon, Cuddington, Dinton, Chearsley - 20-30 minute drive to Oxford - 10 minute drive to Aylesbury - 20 minute drive to Bicester Village
