A lovely ground floor maisonette flat with its own door. There is a parking space just behind the flat. Flat has 2 bedroom and very good kitchen with all the necessary equipment needed. A living room/Dinning room with smart TV and books and puzzles. Generally a clean and cosy flat equipped for a lovely little holiday, work or long stay.
We do welcome our guests from all over the world. We live very close to the flat and always on hand for any help or advise.
Lovely green neighbourhood with walking distance to Sutton Train station with trains taking less than 30 minutes to get to London Victoria or London Bridge. Walking distance to Sutton high street which has lost of shops, pubs and restaurants. If you have a dog, there is an amazing non-such park close by to walk your dog.
