The Boatshed at 2 Sylvan Heath a fully licensed short term let and energy efficient home just a few minutes walk from Findhorn Bay and the Moray Firth, offering guests relaxing light, airy open plan living on both ground and first floors while still retaining some traditional cottage charm.
Views of both the Bay and beyond can be gained from the large open-plan bedroom and gallery space on the first floor.
The house itself sits in a large private garden plot with a beautiful old scots pine.
Built in 2019 the Boatshed at 2 Sylvan Heath is weathering nicely into its coastal surroundings at Findhorn. We've been delighted to welcome new and returning guests over the last few years to this wonderful part of Scotland.
