    Great location for visiting Old Aberdeen and the City. Lots of homely touches such as books and board games. The flat had lots of useful things such as a washing machine and Chromecast and Googlehome. The bed was very comfortable.

This one bedroom, ground floor apartment forms part of a traditional granite building, located on a quiet street. The apartment is within only a 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre. Benefits of the property include smart tv, wifi, electric heating. A stylish new kitchen has been installed, new flooring has been laid and the décor has been freshened up throughout. The bathroom is fitted with a white 3-piece suite & over-bath shower. The living room has a built in wardrobe, it also overlooks a lovely view of the city. The front facing bedroom is generously proportioned, boasting a high ceiling & fresh neutral décor. The Bedroom has open shelf layout storage for clothing & personal items. The bed is a 6ft super king, which can be split into two beds, depending on your desired sleeping arrangement. Bed default will be super king, if no choice is specified. Hall: The welcoming entrance hall is central to the home and provides access to all rooms. Built-in cupboard fitted with hanging rail and shelf. New wood effect vinyl flooring. The walled garden to the rear is laid in grass with tall trees providing a good degree of privacy for you to enjoy.
