Whilst separate from our semi detached house, the annexe is Our Home / Our Guest Home. It is a place to wrap up in the blankets, put up your feet, relax and be cosy. Its not a mansion but It Is a Hidden Gem In The Town. Probably, The Best Hotel Room that you could get for the price. With plenty of well kept outdoor spaces, providing you with more facilities and homely space than any hotel room. This is our family home that is now being rented out as short term accommodation. We have the main house and annexe building in the garden being rented out seperately. Whether you rent out house or annexe, accommodation is exclusively for your use, but garden will be shared with other guests. House + annexe are available to rent out together for max group of 10 people + infants, please message us for booking link and details. If you rent out both together, then garden will be exclusively for your use.
Hello! We are Mark & Evita, we’ve been accommodating guests for 10 years now. Evita takes care of guest communications, bookings & property readiness whilst I look after property maintenance. We can meet and greet our guests in the following languages: English, French, Italian, Russian and Latvian. We are always available either in person via appointment or over the phone / text or BDC messages.
Located on a quite street, you can listen to the birds singing throughout the seasons. Getting around Local bus line located on Pye Green road that is 1min walk away. Bus station is 0.7miles away and train station is 1.3 miles away. 10-15 mins walk to the town centre.
