Located on the popular Farnborough central development in Wallis Square, this is a recently renovated, ultra-luxurious second floor modern apartment, with two large double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. There is a separate bathroom and a modern open plan kitchen area, with the living space opening onto a tree-lined corner balcony. There is an allocated parking bay under the building with a private entrance leading to an elevator (and stairs) that will take you to the property with minimal disturbance. The grounds are well maintained and provide seating areas, with mature trees and pathways central to Wallis Square. The properties has a North-East elevation from its balcony, which is treelined. The property is in close proximity to the Town Centre, Business Park, Farnborough Airport, Farnborough main train station, Vue Cinema, as well as several restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
