Stunning inviting town house with lots of charm, open plan front room/dining room with floating stairs leading up to two bedrooms and one en-suite
1st bedroom has a super king size bed
2nd bedroom has 2x double beds with en-suite.
Downstairs there is a 6 seater solid wood dining table with 2 large sofa beds tv with free sat channels plus Netflix and other streaming platforms from the front room your lead into the modern kitchen and thru to the newly renovated bathroom and lastly the garden.
Neighbourhood information
Very close to Town centre, The docks and Train station.
There are a Sainsbury’s Morrisons and Lidl within minutes of this house so food shopping is not a issue and there is also a variety of takeaway food close by if cooking is not your preference and being so close to the centre of town you are able to go out to eat at any of the restaurants either on the docks or in the centre of town without having to travel far or you could order delivery from them using either Uber eats or Deliveroo.
There is a small parking spot on the driveway but there is no on road parking directly outside the house but there are many side streets you can park on that are next to the house.
There is a bus stop by the home that takes you to town centre and back.
