    It was a house in a safe and quiet village. Everything we needed is equipped and the owner was very kindly accepted my favours such as making 2 single beds and posting my kid’s left doll.

Exclusive use property, in quiet neighbourhood. A Thermo-passive home (built in 2017) with a wood burner. Open plan living, fully equipped kitchen and utility room. 3 bedrooms; 1 on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a family bathroom. Each bedroom can be set up as one large double bed (superking) or set up as 2 single beds (please state preference when booking). Back garden with dining furniture and BBQ. Direct access to forest and river walks, bike trails, hiking and golfing. The perfect spot for exploring the Scottish Highlands in any direction. 17 miles from Inverness and within easy reach of Loch Ness, its many castles, historic sites, battle grounds. Situated on the NC500 route to the Isle of Skye and Ullapool where you can catch a ferry to the Hebrides.

Contin is a 25 minute drive north/west from Inverness. The position is a gateway to the North and West coast of Scotland, with more to offer than initially meets the eye. The small, quiet village of Contin, has a village shop, petrol station, fish & chip shop and a country house hotel & restaurant (all within walking distance). Perfect for walking/hiking from the front door, or Munro bagging nearby. Ideally located to visit many of the Highlands famous attraction's, including Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield, Outlander film locations, whisky distilleries, beaches, gardens and castles or the Cairngorms for a days skiing and adventure.
