A recently renovated three bedroom home placed moments from the Calne town centre. Internally, the first floor boasts three generous bedrooms and a new family bathroom. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with cloakroom, a kitchen diner, a spacious living room and a ground floor shower room. Externally, the home enjoys an enclosed rear garden backing onto the Calne recreation grounds. Also, there is an enclosed front garden.
I`m a cheerful lady who loves hosting guests and creating inviting, homely interiors.
The location is a short distance from the Calne town centre and all it's amenities, local transport routes and multiple schools.
