Modern, spacious, recently refurbished 3-bed terraced house on quiet, residential street; with large luxury bathroom complete with large bath tub and shower, modern kitchen appliances, and open plan living spaces and natural flowing light. Unobstructed views and free parking spot outside. The living room contains a 43" smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access. The dining room table comfortably seats 6 people. High-speed WiFi is included. We invite you to enjoy the hotel-like feel of each of the bedroom units: The master bedroom has a super-king sized bed and a large, mirrored wardrobe. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed with velvet upholstery, a large mirror and built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has a double bed with a large mirrored wardrobe.
I lead an active, healthy, and fun lifestyle. Never a dull moment when I am around.
The property is located in a safe neighbourhood with access to all amenties close by: Medway hospital, Greenwich University, University of Kent; plus a 5-min drive to all local supermarkets, a 10-min drive to the town centre, and a 10-min drive to Gillingham marina and the Pirates Cave, a local attraction. Located a 10-min drive from Rochester station, which takes you straight to London (Victoria Station) in 42 minutes.
