Double bedroom, twin bedroom and box small bedroom with twin bunk beds. 10 minutes drive from the river town centre, 13 minutes drive to the beach, 4 minutes drive to Ayr race course (horses) which is 0.9 mile away, 13 minutes drive to Royal Troon Golf Open. Off road parking for 1 large car and 1 small car and roadside parking for 1 large car. Private fully enclosed rear garden with bistro table seating for 6 persons. Complete refurbishment including new bathroom and new WC and new kitchen and new furniture and new paint and new carpets May 2024.
