Beautiful listed basement flat, situated in the heart of Birnam with it's own private garden. It has a good sized bathroom with a large walk in rainfall shower, spacious open plan living room and well equipped kitchen. One double bedroom, perfect for couples.
The main street in Birnam is only a 2 minute walk from the flat including the Birnam Arts Centre, which hosts many events. The popular tourist village of Dunkeld is only a short 10 minute walk away with many artisan eateries and riverside restaurants. Birnam is the home to the Beatrix Potter Gardens and Museum and a short walk to the Birnam Oak, made famous by Shakespeare.
Birnam and Dunkeld have beautiful walks, cycle routes and is situated perfectly for day trips to the Cairngorms National Park and the Highlands.
