The flat is cosy and comfortable - it sleeps 3 - one double bedroom and one single bedroom with a desk. There are hairdryers in the bedrooms. There is a TV and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped for a long or short stay with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is an iron and ironing board and drying facilities. There are tea, coffee, milk, cookies and a basic breakfast provided. There is a car space attached to the property and extra off-street parking at rear of flats. Durham Retail Park with a 24 hours Tesco supermarket, Aldi, TK Max, etc is only 2 miles away. There is a local Co-op supermarket open 8am-10pm daily only half a mile away. There is a local provisions shop (2 minutes walk). Local places for eating in the immediate vicinity: There is a Local Tavern attached to the Hallgarth Manor for food and drink (5 minutes walk) ; a recommended French restaurant Citron Verte (5 minutes walk); the Blacksmiths village pub (10 minutes walk); recommended Indian Takeaway (2 minutes walk). Farm shop and restaurant (15 minutes walk)
