There is a well-presented open plan kitchen, sitting and dining room, family bathroom and shower room. Outside there is two patios, an on-site restaurant and bar, and parking for one car with further additional visitor parking available. The property is an idyllic retreat for couples or a family looking to explore the South West Coast Path, or relax in a tranquil countryside setting. Bedroom two is furnished with two single beds which can be linked together to create a Super-King bed. This must be requested at the time of booking. Up to two small/medium sized well behaved dogs permitted at a charge of 40 per pet per are to be supervised at all times and not allowed on dog allowed upon be aware that due to the location of the property, the WiFi signal is limited.Strictly No Smoking

Take advantage of the beautiful scenic coastline, by walking to Salcombe, via the popular East Soar Outdoor Experience, with a delightful barn on the headland, just above picturesque Salcombe, providing an ideal opportunity to indulge in delicious homemade cakes and cosy warm drinks, as well as outdoor education for kids. Alternatively, Hope Cove is only 8-10 minutes’ drive away, and Salcombe just a 12-15 minute car journey.
