I am an ex corporate executive who decided to change life styles a few years ago and now spend my time in the Isle of Wight looking after my holiday guests, spending life on the beach working locally with our Company, MaD Island Services or wildlife conservation projects in Southern Africa. I also now run a Wildlife Fundraising and Campaigning organisation from Ventnor, As Wild As and host and run events both here and the mainland. Kaia Beach Vista is the ideal holiday break haven to relax by the sea , hearing the sound of the ocean and watching the sights of the beach from your own private secluded balcony. For summer or winter it’s a great getaway. Brand new for 2018, this fully equipped apartment close to all amenities, cafes and restaurants both on the beach or in the town which is only a 5 minute walk away. We are also able to offer discounted Ferry Travel with Wightlink and Red Funnel details provided on booking. Kaia is a brand new apartment, newly styled for 2018. The Apartment has the feel of a seaside getaway, with a bright open living space, with n arty, relaxing feel. Its comfortable but cosy, wether as a winter retreat or open summer break. Sit outside or in and you'll always have the sight and sound of the sea. Modern Bathroom and Bedrooms also have an arty feel. Guest will have full access to the apartment and balcony with a private parking space in front on the Private Road. The access is on the first floor and is completely private and entirely for your use..

Neighbourhood information

This is a fairly unique spot on the Ventnor Beachfront, you are just far enough off the Esplanade to not have the noise of other Holiday Makers but near enough to hear and see the sounds of the Sea. Marine Parade is a private road, 50 yards from the Beach and 300 yards from the town, with most Restaurants, cafes etc within a short walk. Ventnor is very much becoming the Foodie Capital of the Island, so see your guide book for details of where to shop, eat and drink.
