Property information

This spacious property is the perfect pad for families or groups looking to be in the heart of Edinburgh. The house has three bedrooms which sleep six guests. Two bedrooms have king size beds and one has a European large double bed. The house also has an occasional small bedroom on the ground floor which has a single bed which can be turned into a double. This can sleep additional two guests. In total the house can sleep up to 8 guests. Just 3 minutes walk from the nearest tram stop and with garage parking, we know guests will love this space!

Dublin Street Lane South is in New Town, but a stones throw from the city centre. Less than a 5min walk and you are in St Andrews Square with the host of resturants, attractions, cafes, shops and more. Yes the street that hosts the apartment is relatively quiet to ensure a good nights rest. You really can explore the whole city on foot from this apartment. Worth noting that the Edinburgh Waverly Train Station, the St Andrews Square Bus Station and also the tram stop are ALL under a 5/10 min walk.
