I love travelling and have a lot of experiences in staying in different short stay properties, so I know and understand what guests are looking when they book onto a short stay home. I prioritise my guests' needs ensuring I am effective in mu communication, the properties are clean and guest privacy and feedback is respected and upheld.

Property information

Terraced house with 4 bedrooms. The ground floor includes an entrance hallway, a kitchen diner, a downstairs WC, and the first bedroom. The first floor includes a lounge, the second bedroom, and a toilet. The second floor features two large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is also a private rear garden, comprising both a patio and a lawn. Off street free parking is available at front of the property and also there is an allocated space at rear end of the property.

Neighbourhood information

Agate Court is situated on the popular Sonora Fields development. There are plenty of local amenities within easy walking distance including the local pub The Jenny Wren, Pharmacy, Takeaways and Convenience Shop There is a Bus Stop on the development where local buses call and if you need to commute to Central London the Kings Ferry Coach also stops here. Sittingbourne Train Station and High Street is less than a mile away which offers the High Speed train so you can be in Central London within the hour. Situated on the outskirts of Sittingbourne you have direct easy fast access to the A249 (leading to M2 & M20) and A2 so you can travel further afield.
