"The Beaches" is a recently renovated Grade II listed building with just 7 beautiful flats over 3 floors. The apartment is a tasteful, first floor, high ceiling apartment, right on the seafront with a large balcony and lovely beach views. Accessed via a wide easy staircase to the shared first floor rear courtyard; a stylish, light and airy space that is ideal for 2 adults and includes a luxury walk-in shower bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area and high quality double bed. The main feature of the apartment is the large balcony with bistro set and sofa with unrivalled beach and sea views plus it's central location also by the town, harbour and marina. We provide a parking permit which gives you FREE parking in the surrounding area subject to availability. Please be aware the apartment is right on Weymouth Esplanade and you may experience some noise from the beach and local eateries at peak times.
I love the natural environment and opportunities both for fun and relaxation that Weymouth, the world famous Jurassic Coastline and the wider Dorset countryside offer. You can be active or just kick back, relax and watch the world go by in Weymouth.
The Apartment is in the heart of of Weymouth. The award winning, sandy beach is opposite and the picturesque harbour with gift shops, bars and restaurants & inner marina are just 5 minutes walk away. Just 5 minutes on from the harbour lies Nothe Fort and the Nothe Gardens with stunning views out to sea and across to Portland Harbour. Many shops and eateries are close by, including Tesco Express and M&S food hall. You are only 10 minutes walk from the main railway station and 5 minutes from coach and bus terminals and stops on the Esplanade, The Pavilion Theatre and the Tourist Information Office.
