The property has 3 upstairs double bedrooms two large downstairs communal living spaces, a sunroom, and an enclosed garden. Dogs are allowed in the property and the local beach is dog friendly.

Things to do / Places to Visit nearby Area Info The house is located in the centre of the little village of Aberffraw, just next to the beautiful quiet (and dog friendly) beach of Traeth Mawr. Aberffraw has a great pub which does local food, a lovely café which serves during the day. The village also has a small local shop at which basics can be purchased. The estuary beach is 5 minutes’ walk and you are likely to see all sorts of wading birds – both local and migratory. The sea and Traeth Mawr are around 10 minutes’ walk along the estuary. Further beaches (15, 30 and 45 minutes’ walk) can be found by walking north west along the coastal path – which passes through Aberffraw. The coastal path continues up to the beautiful bay of Porth Cwyfan – which is 3 miles walk away – it has a church on a small island in the bay which can only be walked to at low tide. Rhosneigr is 10 minutes’ drive away and has a number of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The beach is beautiful with no dog restrictions and is the location of many water sport activities during the season.
