    Very comfortable, beautifully furnished, in a attractive and convenient location close to the town centre, and generously provisioned. A bonus was breakfast at Bobby's Cafe a short walk away along the Stratford Greenway.

You will enjoy this lovely place, just a short walk from the town centre and with a beautiful front line view overlooking Stratford Race Course. You are renting the whole house, with total privacy, it can sleep up to 6 people. This is a three storey town house with a double bedroom with shower room on the ground floor, a very well equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining area on the first floor and a large double bedroom, twin bedroom with two single beds (suitable for adults) and a family bathroom on the top floor. It is a 15 minute flat walk (or 2 minute drive) from the historic centre of Stratford Upon Avon. The house has off street parking for two cars, with additional free parking on the road opposite; it is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has recently been re-furbished throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided and we provide kitchen basics such as cooking oil, herbs, ketchup, tea and coffee. WE MAY CONSIDER ONE NIGHT STAYS - PLEASE ASK.

We live nearby so we are usually available if you need any help (unless we are away travelling ourselves, in which case we have a local manager who can help). I find it helps to think of myself as a guest; if it works for me it will then hopefully work for you. Please always let me know if you find any problems or have any comments that would help us to improve the experience for yourselves and for future guests. This is my project but my lovely wife Aly is also involved and ALWAYS lets me know if I need to make any improvements - she certainly keeps me on my toes !! I HOPE THAT YOU HAVE A LOVELY STAY
This really is a beautiful location and it is just a short walk or drive in to town, with many historic sites, bars, restaurants, pubs and cafe's easily accessible.
