• 6 bedrooms - 4 king-size, 2 twins • 4 bathrooms - 1 en-suite with bath, separate shower and WC, 2 en-suite shower rooms with WCs, 1 bathroom with bath, seperate shower and WC • 1 separate WC • Electric double oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher • Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier • Woodburner - fuel provided • Smart TV • Wi-Fi • Please note the sitting room is small but does have seating for 10-12 guests • Enclosed garden to the front of the property • 2 dogs welcome, restricted to the ground floor hard floors • Pebble beach on the doorstep, pub and shop within 1 mile • Please note that there is restricted head height in the twin rooms due to the sloped ceilings • One mile walk to the Walled Garden Restaurant  and Applecross Inn is short walk away.   Please check opening times and services as they vary seasonally. • The small village shop is a short drive away it is advisable to bring essential food supplies as the shop is closed on Sunday's and has limited opening times during the week.
