Company information

74 Belgravia is a 150 year old Victorian house offering lots of character in its older design. It has a few creaky floor boards and high ceilings, with some lovely traditional design features that we think add to the individuality of the building. Your hosts, Paula and Jeff, have a long background in customer service roles, and so always go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. If you have any specific requirements, please ask by either phoning ahead, or on checking in and they will do their best to help if possible. We operate a dog friendly policy and for those guests wishing to book one of our dog friendly rooms, we provide a hospitality pack for your dog to use during their stay. This includes a fleece mat bed, dog bowls, micro fibre pet towel, silicone pet feeding mat and doggy treats. Dogs cannot be allowed in the breakfast room, but if you wish to have breakfast, we have a room service menu for guests who do not wish to leave their dogs alone. We also have 2 rooms that we keep "dog free" for guests that may have allergies. Please contact us directly for confirmation of current pet charges.

Neighbourhood information

It's not uncommon for people to say, "I've been to Torquay, or Paignton or Brixham as a child, or to visit friends or pre-wedding. But there are so many facts most people don't know, such as: The oldest UK human remains found in Kent's Cavern. That Faulty Towers was based on the Gleneagles Hotel and Agatha Christie was born here, and two billion book sales later, one of the most famous authors ever!
