With three bedrooms (master suite, twin and bunk room), and two bathrooms, the property sleeps six. The living area boast double doors leading to a South West facing balcony with sweeping sea and coastal views. Additionally, there is 1.5 acres of communal gardens to enjoy, including a sheltered sunken garden, and barbeque area! Suitable for couples and families, 8 Thurlestone Beach is the perfect coastal retreat. Parking for 1 car. Gardens are communal. One well behaved dog permitted on trailers/boats permitted in car park.Parking is strictly for one car only. The visitor car park spaces are not available for your use.Strictly No Smoking

The coastal village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the popular sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. Just a 10-15 minute drive away is the sailing town of Salcombe, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is also a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path, offering stunning panoramic sea views.
