This well-appointed mezzanine flat is light and airy, consistently of an open-plan kitchen and living space, shower room and mezzanine bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. The flat is well-equipped and comfortable and meets all expectations for a short or extended stay, including TV and wifi. It is situated on a wide, leafy road with plentiful on-road parking. It is a peaceful area, bordered by Beckenham Place Park which is an amazing woodland full of wildlife. The flat is situated a 2 minute walk from Ravensbourne station which has quick direct links to mainline London train and underground stations. It is also a 15 minute walk to either Beckenham or Bromley, and frequent bus services stop outside the house for both towns too. These local towns have plentiful restaurants, green spaces, shops and leisure facilities. A local health club has a fantastic wet spa which visitors can buy evening passes for. Please note, there is a steep spiral staircase within the flat. There is also an external staircase leading to the front door.
