Discover a stunning two-bedroom apartment in a Grade Two listed building, offering breathtaking sea and harbour views of Lower Town, Fishguard. Nestled on a tranquil road, this is your gateway to a perfect escape. A short stroll leads you to Lower Fishguard Harbour, where you can unwind at the charming Café on the quay, observing the local fishermen and the bustling life around. A historic woodland with numerous walking paths is also within reach, serving as a gateway to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The local pubs, restaurants, and shops are just a stone's throw away, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach. It sleeps 4, with the option of 6… 1 bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with one double or two twin beds (please let us know how you would like it made up). There is then the option for another two people with the double sofa bed in the lounge. There is free parking outside, but the availability varies during the day. If there’s no space directly outside, There is also public paid parking called Parc y Shwt around 100 meters from the apartment, which we would be more than happy to cover the cost of if you wanted more reliable parking.

Everything you need is within walking distance. · The nearest local convenience shop is just a 5-minute walk away. · The nearest supermarkets are just a 5-minute walk away or a 20-minute drive to the historic town of Haverfordwest for leading supermarkets such as Aldi, Tesco and Morrisons. · The nearest pub/restaurant is less than a minute's walk from the apartment, and there are many others to choose from within a 5-minute walk. There are also lots of choices for takeaways. · Just a 5-minute drive to the local ferry port for a trip from Fishguard to Rosslare . Fishguard has so much history to share, and the is plenty to visit with the Last Invasion tapestry, the Royal Oak pub and the canons at the Old Fort
