The Manse is a spacious, four-bedroom private sanctuary to unwind without distraction. It features sash windows with views out to our nature recovery fields and surrounding woodland.
Dating back to the mid-19th century, this Skipton holiday cottage retains some of its period charm, with thoughtfully integrated modern features that harmonise with its natural surroundings, elevating the rural cottage experience.
Passing through the eye-catching pink front door, you'll step into a magnificent kitchen that any culinary enthusiast would envy. Fully equipped to cater to large groups, it includes an integrated dishwasher, induction hob, and double oven, while the kitchen island encourages convivial socialising.
Memorable meals are best enjoyed in the Ercol-inspired dining room, where panoramic views of the rolling hills provide a picturesque backdrop. Just across the hallway, a laid-back drawing room awaits, complete with a private library and the original open fireplace, perfect for unwinding. The ground floor also features a utility room, a separate boot room, a convenient water closet, and a private study room.
Upstairs, you'll find four Super King/twin bedrooms, each individually designed and luxuriously adorned, offering tranquil rural vistas. All four bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms, featuring either a freestanding bath or a rejuvenating shower. On the ground floor, the private study room can serve as an additional single bedroom for a ninth guest or for anyone with mobility challenges who cannot access the upper level.
To the left of the kitchen, a stunning conservatory takes centre stage, strategically positioned to maximize the sweeping countryside views. It overlooks a walled kitchen garden with raised flower beds brimming with herbs and medicinal plants, ideal for daytime gatherings, al fresco dining, or evening aperitifs.
