Anastasiia brings a warm, thoughtful touch to every guest experience. Originally from Ukraine, she speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English, and loves connecting with international visitors to make their stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Antonio, originally from Portugal, is equally dedicated to making sure every guest feels comfortable and supported. He speaks Portuguese, English, and some Spanish, and enjoys helping guests discover the best of what Hull has to offer.
Together, Anastasiia and Antonio are known for being friendly, responsive, and highly accommodating, with many guests praising their attention to detail and genuine hospitality.
