This modern, air conditioned, spacious 3-bed house in Milton Keynes is ideal for families, professionals or contractors. Enjoy superfast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a private garden with a covered pergola, a fully equipped kitchen, and off-road parking for 3 cars. A separate self-contained annexe is also available on request (subject to availability). Ideally located near the M1, MK Centre, Willen Lake, and other top local attractions.
Hi, I'm Marisa – the owner of this lovely guest annexe. Its part of my home where I used to live. It's a special place with lots of happy memories, and I'm now delighted to share it with guests. I hope you enjoy the space as much as I did!
The property is ideally located just 5 minutes from Junction 14 of the M1, offering easy access. Milton Keynes Central Station is only a 10–15 minute drive away, making it convenient for both business and leisure. Major corporate offices such as Mercedes-Benz and VW Financial Services headquarters are within walking distance or just a quick 2-minute drive. The Open University, Cranfield University, and the historic market town of Newport Pagnell are also close by. Guests will find a variety of attractions nearby. Willen Lake, just moments away, offers beautiful parkland, water sports, restaurants, playgrounds, and scenic walking trails. Gulliver’s Land theme park, a favourite for families, is within walking distance or a short drive. Other local highlights such as Xscape (featuring Snozone indoor skiing), Milton Keynes Theatre, the MK Shopping Centre, and Campbell Park are all easily accessible within a 10-minute drive. For day trips, Woburn Safari Park and the fascinating Bletchley Park are approximately 15–20 minutes away by car. Local amenities are just a short walk including a friendly pub, a Sainsbury’s Local, a pharmacy, takeaways, and a hairdressers.
