Opened September 2021, Alpha Lofts are brand new loft apartments in Lockwood, Huddersfield with easy access to the City and University. Offering 12 Duplex Apartments ( 1 x 1 bedroom, 9 x 2 bedroom 2 x 4 bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a full kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, washer-dryer kettle & toaster. Dining Table & Chairs and private bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Widescreen TV and wireless internet.

Alpha Lofts Huddersfield are owned by a variety of investors/investment companies that market their apartments exclusively via Padtonight Ltd which is a specialist letting company. Padtonight Ltd acts as an agent for the property owners also advising them on service delivery to their guests. Although the building is unstaffed with no reception etc. guests are able to receive assistance during their stay via locally based staff. The apartments are non-serviced but housekeeping visit the building most days to attend to the cleaning of communal areas etc. Rates quoted on behalf of owners by Padtonight Ltd do NOT include VAT. Guests wishing to purchase a product that they are able to reclaim VAT should consider alternative properties i.e. Hotels and/or Serviced Apartments that charge rates including VAT. Padtonight Ltd is not able to respond to basic queries pertaining to cleaning and maintenance which should be made directly to the owners locally based support staff. In the event of any dissatisfaction, Padtonight Ltd can intervene to assist.
