If the card is not registered to the person making the booking, a written authorization email from the card holder will need to be provided. Cards are pre-authorized 10 days before check-in. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking if a card pre-authorisation transaction is declined.
Please note that late arrivals after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of GBP 5 and after 22:00 is GBP 10. After Midnight - 24:00 is GBP 20 per booking. Please advise Anchor Hotel of your estimated arrival time.
Payment is taken on arrival. No refund will be made on or after check in.
Limited car parking is available but reservation of a space must be confirmed by e-mail through the hotel. Without confirmation a Guest Street Voucher may be given at a cost of GBP 7.00 until 07.50 am the next day.
