Kevin and Fiona are very warm and friendly hosts and are always very happy to help guests experience a great vacation in St Andrews. Providing them with great knowledge of St Andrews and surrounding areas of tourist interests attractions, cafes, restaurants, must see sights and of course any golfing requirements and course bookings.

Our charming Victorian guesthouse nestles in the heart of St. Andrews. A modern contemporary style combined with lots of original features gives our guesthouse a wonderful welcoming ambience for families, golfers, University visitors, walkers and holiday makers. On our door step, we have miles of sandy beaches, university buildings, museums, shops, historic attractions, theatre and cinema, you will be spoilt for choice. The 1st tee & the 18th green of the world famous Old Course & the Royal & Ancient Golf Club is only 200 metres away. We pride ourselves on providing a personal service where comfort and informality makes Annandale the perfect home from home. Six of the seven St Andrews Links Trust are all within walking distance of Annandale, you can also use the free St Andrews Links Trust shuttle bus should you not wish to walk. the bus stops across 5 metres from Annandale.

Neighbourhood information

St Andrews is located on the east coast of Fife and is a glorious seaside town and is probably best know as the "home of golf" with the Royal and Ancient Golf Club was founded here in 1754 and there are several courses ranked amongst the finest in the world. The town is home to The University of St Andrews, so there is a bustling feeling to the town throughout the year. Visitors can enjoy miles of sandy beaches,museums, historical sites, a botanic garden , aquarium and lots more.
