Private self contained Annexe spacious but cosy with own entrance from large off street parking area. Unobstructed views over river Nith valley rural but less than a mile to A75 and just 2 miles to Dumfries town centre. Completely refurbished with many new items. Fully licenced, insured and inspected Galloway Council Number DG01644F
