1 The Grove is a beautiful, quiet, and secluded 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment located in a block of 4 apartments in a converted house surrounded by gardens, trees, and greenery with ample onsite parking. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with only a short walk into the City. The apartment also benefits from having access to the river which offers a long and peaceful path walk. The property comprises of a private front entrance door to the apartment, with the entrance hallway leading to a toilet room and cloak room. Off the hallway is the open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The lounge includes a modern inset log fire, a Sky TV and enough seating for all guests. The kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, a fridge and a freezer with the dining table separating the kitchen and lounge. The two bedrooms both have double beds TV's, ample storage for your belongings during your stay and en suites, one with a corner bath and separate shower and the second one with a shower. Great care has been taken to hand pick the furniture and decoration to make a very special apartment. The Grove Apartments have ample, secure, off-road parking. Please note only one parking space will be allocated. Please note pets are not allowed to stay at this accommodation.
