Professionally spray sanitised for your safety. The property sits beside the Queens course 9 hole golf course and is situated within a development of tourist/business properties within walking distance from Banchory town centre. It is within a 30 min drive to Aberdeen Ferry terminal and Aberdeen Airport via the new Aberdeen Western peripheral route. Westhill, Kingswells and Stonehaven are all within 20 mins drive.
We both enjoy the outdoors. Especially cycling, running, golf, skiing and horses. We like to take part in cycle sportives and enjoy a more relaxing game of golf at our local golf course.
The property sits in an area where there is an abundance of great off road running and mountain bike trails and also fabulous road cycle routes, walking areas, golf courses, fishing both on the Dee and trout fisheries and local attractions such as Balmoral and Crathes castle are within easy reach.
