Ideal for single or couples, travellers on a budget or short-term stays. PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE NOT SHARING THE BATHROOM AND YOU ARE NOT SHARING THE KITCHEN. Features: - 1 bedroom, double bed and private ensuite bathroom - 40-inch TV with Amazon Prime Video - separate kitchenette with oven, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker. - semi auto washing machine to freshen up your clothing - Hair dryer in the closet (hallway) ONLY the hallway is shared, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom are PRIVATE. Mail/Parcel Delivery: Sadly, we do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our Airbnb address. As "Short-term rental guests", any mail you want to receive, you can use the post office nearby for delivery. Any unexpected mail/parcels will be returned to the sender. We provide basic cookware for our guests. Guests can upgrade to nicer quality cookware, but we take a deposit for that. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial starter pack but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies. Top Floor Apartment accessible by stairs Allocated Parking 10 min walk to Leagrave Train Station Private taxi to/from Luton Airport can be arranged.
