Dwell Living has been operating short term apartment rentals for 5 years in Newcastle and Sunderland. To date we continuously strive to improve the living experience for all our guests and believe we have the best quality properties and service on offer. We take pride in offering a great service and value for money. We currently operate more than 20 apartments and houses in the area. We are available to contact all day and have our own in house maintenance and development team so any property issues are quickly rectified.

Property information

Argyle Apartments are a block of 3 apartments converted in a Victorian property minutes from Park Lane Station. The apartments are deceptively large and benefit from large windows which bring plenty of natural light to create a modern and airy living space. Each apartment is tastefully decorated and benefits from wifi, smart tv and all the little things needed for a stay, whether a night or a few months. Parking is available upon request. The property is minutes from the City Centre, University, Park Lane Bus and Metro Station, popular shops, bars and restaurants and the renowned Empire Theatre. Our guests range from people visiting the city for leisure to contractors working in the area. This apartment will particularly appeal to those visiting the hospital and university. There is a metro stop within 2 minutes walk and plenty of local shops and supermarkets on your doorstep.

A busy and vibrant area, there are plenty of amenities on your door stop. Shops, pubs, bars, takeaways are all within walking distance. The Empire Theatre, Sunderland Royal Hospital and University City Campus are all within 10 minutes walking distance.
