With stunning views over one of the finest beaches in North Cornwall, this 4 bedroom house in New Polzeath, built in 2012, offers up to 8 people outstanding, luxury accommodation which is rated 5* Gold. Super comfortable beds offering the flexibility of zip/link, well designed bathrooms, ample living space, an exceptionally well equipped kitchen and facilities for rinsing and drying beach gear make this house suitable for all, from the youngest member of the family to the oldest. The most enthusiastic chef will find all that they need to take advantage of the wonderful local ingredients, especially sea food. A second floor balcony, a ground floor terrace, a lawned area and a decked area all provide spaces to enjoy the outdoors and the wonderful views. Watching the sun dip into the sea with drink in hand, sometimes followed by a sensational sunset, has to one of the most magical experiences.
A Cornwall enthusiast for most of my life, I enjoy nothing more than a good walk on the coast path followed by a dip in the sea with my surf board, then a local sea food dinner.
North Cornwall provides activities for all, be it sandcastles, surfing or sailing, walking or jogging, golf and cycling, visiting local houses, gardens and other attractions or just R&R. There are lots of great places to eat locally and a range of shops in the local village. Top class restaurants can be found in Rock, Padstow and Port Isaac.
