Private off street parking for 3 cars. Private terrace to rear of property with outdoor dining furniture. Bar area on top floor with direct access to upper balcony. Middle floor consists of open plan living, kitchen, dining area with beautiful views over the Atlantic Ocean. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Stair gates for child safety. Less than 10 minute walk to Portstewart Strand, Portstewart Golf Club and bustling Portstewart Promenade.
