The apartment is located 14 minutes away from Leeds City Centre, with free WiFi, and a kitchen which is equipped with an Air Fryer/Microwave, kettle, and a fridge/ freezer - All self-catering. It has a large bright Bedroom (fitted with bed linen and toilets) with double windows, cupboards, private bathroom, private lounge and diner. The attic apartment has a shared entrance which is used to enter the premises. A private parking space for one car and extra off street parking is also available. Please Note: If you are booking for a Saturday prior authorisation is required. Please contact us to make sure it is possible and we can confirm that. Thank you The apartment is less than a minute walk to a Chinese takeaway, post office, mini market and a pizza takeaway. It is 7 mins walk from a Sainsburys supermarket, library, Argos, Pub restaurant and a 24hr gym (Anytime fitness).
Professional residential neighbourhood in the north of Leeds with lots of families and multiple primary and secondary schools. The area has multiple bus links to the Leeds city centre, e.g. Bus Numbers 38, 39, 7, 7A & 7S. With these frequent bus links, you can also access a retail park within a 12 minutes bus ride.
