Bank Place is in a quiet location just moments from the busy Crieff Town Centre with it’s excellent selection of restaurants, Art Cafes, independent shops and Art galleries. The recently refurbished apartment provides comfortable and spacious holiday accommodation for two, all on the ground floor and with the added benefit of private on street parking, so you don’t need to worry about the local traffic wardens!

Neighbourhood information

Crieff is an excellent all year round destination with regular social events and activities including a farmers market, Highland Games, traditional Scottish music festival and Drovers Tryst Walking Festival. Tourist attractions nearby include Glen Turret Distillery Scotland’s Oldest Working Distillery since 1763, Innerpeffry Library Scotland’s oldest free lending library and the fabulous Drummond Gardens which have featured in the epic TV series Outlander. The area is a magnet for walkers and cyclists with many established public footpaths and cycle paths through magnificent scenery. While at Bank Place you can enjoy walks from your front door to stroll beside the River Earn following Lady Mary’s Walk, up to Loch Turret or take a gentle stroll through the woods at the bottom of Knock Hill enjoying the scenery and varied wild life. Bank Place is in a quiet location just moments from the busy Crieff Town Centre with it’s excellent selection of restaurants, Art Cafes, independent shops and Art galleries The local countryside provides the chance to sample the best of the Perthshire countryside and Crieff is known as the town with its feet in the lowlands and it’s head in the highlands, making it perfect for exploring. There are nearby mountains for those who wish to reach the peaks of Munros such as Ben Vorlich, Ben Chonzie and Ben Lawers which all offer excellent walking and mountain biking. If more gentle activities are needed then the local towns of Aberfeldy, Comrie, Dunkeld and Pitlochry are all within easy reach and all have excellent facilities including cafes, art galleries and interesting local shops. Water sports are available on Loch Earn and Loch Tay and a trip to the Dunkeld woods and forests should not be missed to see the stunning landscapes and trees that the area has. Golf is of course ever present and you could almost play 3 courses a day and not run out of new challenges in a week as there are are over 20 golf courses in lovely locations within...
