Bath Garden Apartment is a quiet romantic apartment located within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath, Britain's only World Heritage city. Forming the rear ground floor (stairs leading down from street level) of a gently curving parade of Grade 1 Listed Georgian town houses, designed by John Eveleigh in 1790. It comprises of a large lounge attractively furnished with two sofas and a dining area with access out into a delightful small walled sunny garden with lawn, patio area, dining table and chairs Romantic bedroom with a double bed, barrel-vaulted ceiling, large fitted mirrored wardrobe and concealed lighting. Dressing room leading off the main bedroom, also barrel-vaulted ceiling with built in storage shelves. There is a single bed which has another single pullout bed underneath which are ideal for children or close friends (there is no door between the two rooms, which are linked by a deep archway). Large bathroom with vaulted ceiling with bath and overhead shower Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Full central heating, with a gas coal effect fire in the living room to create a cosy atmosphere.

Grosvenor Place is screened from the London Road by lawns and mature trees. It is easily reached from the M4 motorway, and provides unrestricted on street parking - a rare luxury in Bath! The city centre, with its unmatched array of Georgian buildings, Roman Baths, Pump Room and myriad of speciality shops and restaurants, is an easy (approx 20 min) flat walk following the London Road or along the towpath of the Kennet & Avon Canal. There are a useful variety of local shops and a small supermarket in nearby Larkhall village, a few minutes walk from the apartment across the London Road. You'll also find some characterful local pubs here, and takeaways. There is a fantastic Vegan restaurant also opposite Grosvenor Place and a large Morrisons supermarket within easy walking distance of the apartment.
